learn to rest, not to quit.

While this landing page originally served to address COVID-19 protocols for therapy beginning in 2020, the stressors in our local community and the world around us haven’t shown many signs of slowing down. We are living through a time of profound crisis. The world feels unbearably heavy for many, and the uncertainty, grief, and overwhelm can be difficult to carry alone.

I can’t fix what’s happening out there - but I can sit with you in whatever you’re carrying. As the world continues to shift in disorienting and alarming ways, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of things, and find steadiness within ourselves and each other.

I continue to operate a COVID-conscious practice. Virtual sessions are available through secure video or by phone; limited in-person sessions are available for fully vaccinated individuals.

Each individual reserves equitable access to culturally responsive, anti-racist, social-justice oriented, identity-affirming mental healthcare.

Each individual deserves to feel safe, to trust that their therapist is an advocate, and that their lives, stories, and identities are protected.

Take a breath. You don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I’m here.
